Georgia bourbon is produced as its name indicates in the territory of Georgia in the United States.
Bourbon must have a minimun composition of 51% corn to be considered bourbon, although it can reach 70% and be distilled at a maximum. Most of the time it is competed with malted barley for ease of preservation.
